88, of Honolulu, passed away on July 5, 2020 at Kuakini Medical Hospital. He was born in Wailuku, Maui, HI to Kengo & Mitori Okamoto. Husao was an Army Veteran. He retired as an Accountant for the Outrigger Hotels and later as a Real Estate Agent for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. Husao was a member of the Koboji Shingon Mission and enjoyed bon dancing, traveling, golfing, gardening, and hanging out at Zippy's with friends. Husao is survived by his brother, Rikio (Leatrice) Okamoto; brother-in-law, Michael (Yong) Teruya, sister-in-law, Joyce Warren, 10 Nieces and Nephews and their families. Husao is preceded in death by his wife, Carol S., who passed away on November 30, 1998. Private services were held.
