102, of Honolulu, passed away on March 3, 2020. Born in Wahiawa Camp, Kauai, he was a retired teacher at Central Intermediate. He is survived by his wife, Hatsue (Isaki) Higa; son, Duane (Carol) Higa; daughter, Lori (Dean) Isara; grandson, Dane Isara, and sister, Tomiko Higa. Private services held.
