86, of Honolulu, a Navy veteran and retired computer analyst/ programmer with the Department of Defense, passed away at Arcadia Retirement Residence on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. He was born in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. He is survived by his wife, Nancy R. Weisner, and a son, Jeffrey A. Weisner. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2020, at the Arcadia chapel with visitation at 9:30 am and service at 10 am.
